About Trilaworks
Trilaworks was founded in 2003 as a Network Consulting firm. Over the years, we've worked with a wide variety of businesses from Accounting to Health Care. Our goal has always been to help smaller companies be able to have the same kind of network and technology resources that large corporations have. We believe that the growth and success of small business is the key to a strong and vibrant economy. Back in 2003, as we started looking at the resources available to small business, we noticed that there was often a lack of professional I.T. support. We decided to take our experience with large corporations, and use it to help the small ones. What we ended up with, was the same features (and often the same exact software) but in packages that fit the needs of small business.After many years of general consulting (consulting for every business type imaginable) we finely decided to start focusing our business toward a single industry. By specializing, we are able to provide a greater amount of support and dedication to our clients. While general consulting has its advantages, because it has a much larger client base, it also means trying to constantly keep up with hundreds of software packages specialized for each industry. After much debate, in 2009 we finally decided to work toward a more refined goal. We now work solely with our Point of Sale clients to provide a simple and easy solution for the retail environment.
Who Are Our Clients
Our clients tend to be small family (or tribally) owned stores. They may have single, or multiple locations. They are united in that they have some form of inventory or product that they sell via a storefront. Some of the types of businesses that we work with include:- Gift Shops
