--Local Service Area--
Our local service area basically covers East of I35, from OKC to KC. While most of our support can be done remotely, this allows us a close enough coverage area to provide onsite support for initial installs, maintenance and occasional visits. Inside the local service area, we are able to provide full I.T. support to our clients. While some sites may still prefer to have another local I.T. consultant for general computer issues, for most of our sites, we are able to take care of it all.--Wide Service Area--
If you are located outside the local service area, we may still be able to help you, but on a much more limited basis. The wide service area covers the rest of the U.S. We do not currently provide support to the wide service area, but can assist with software and hardware sales. In these cases, we pre-setup the registers, and ship the final systems to your facility. This would require you to take care of any networking and cabling issues on your own. All further support would be obtained directly from Comcash or the hardware manufacturer.
